excuses to leave
- the brain lady in the dept. will be transfered to Bdg per march
- I dont like the boss
- Big project, it will be very tiring
- Deal with a lot of person that hate your boss
- the job is provide design that will replace people to system (may caused laid off)
- bigger responsibility but same old salary
- being in a confilct dept.

excuses to stay
- Already booked holiday package for April which can not be cancelled
(if I found new job, I can have the leave on April)
- No time searching vacancy (laziness to blame actually)
- Learn sooo mucchhh new things
- I love the job (as in college back then, but eliminate the codes)
- I still need the money for holiday

Well...
I'll stay up to marchi..
then..
I will search another job eagerly...
